1. General Provisions

1.1. This privacy policy regulates the principles for collecting, processing, and storing personal data. Personal data is processed and stored by MTÜ Ukraina Keskus, acting as the data controller.

1.2. A data subject is any natural person who participates in events, projects, or communications involving MTÜ Ukraina Keskus.

1.3. The controller adheres to the principles of data processing established by applicable law, especially Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. Collection, Processing, and Storage

2.1. Data is collected through registration forms, email, website interactions, and event participation.

2.2. By submitting personal data, the subject consents to its processing in accordance with this policy.

2.3. The controller may process the following:

• name and surname;
• email address;
• phone number;
• organization (if applicable);
• photos/videos taken during events;
• other voluntarily submitted information.

2.4. Data is processed based on the legal grounds defined in Article 6 of the GDPR.

2.5. Data is used for:

• event organization;
• participant registration;
• email newsletters;
• reporting;
• documenting events (photo/video).

2.6. Data is retained no longer than 5 years (unless otherwise required by law or donors).

3.1. The data subject has the right to:

• access their data;
• request correction or deletion;
• withdraw consent;
• file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate.
